The case has a nice look, but it was missing the black frame that should be around the inner plastic part. Instead of black, the back is gray, which is different from what I expected based on the reviews and the packaging. Also, it didn’t come with the flap to protect the USB port from dirt, dust, and water, plus there was a scratch on the back that I wasn’t too happy about.

The reorder process was speedy, but it ain't suitable for the iPhone 8. I was looking for a heavy-duty rotating belt clip pouch for my iPhone 8. Unfortunately, the new pouch is too small. I'll have to take a loss and return the incorrect pouch I received. Thanks anyway!

At first glance, the straps seemed a bit flimsy, but the clip is so sturdy that they just act as a backup. It took me a couple of tries to figure out how to get it on and off my belt, but once I figured out to give the clip a little tug, it slides on and off without any hassle. The magnetic flap allows for quick access, yet it stays secure when I'm climbing or biking. Unlike Velcro, it’s silent and doesn’t lose its grip over time. When the ones I have start to wear out, I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

The service was top-notch, but the item I received doesn't fit my phone at all. My phone's camera, flash, and other features are misaligned. When you check it out, it points to the left instead of the right, which is how the case was designed. So, it's pretty much useless for me.
